How You'll Make a Difference:
As our next Lead Family Practitioner, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work collaboratively alongside a highly skilled team of fellow Lead Family Practitioners from Rumbalara, Family Care, and Oz Child to oversee our esteemed Putting Families First program.
By providing evidence-based support for young people and their families, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening family bonds, nurturing positive relationships, and contributing to the holistic development of the clients we serve. Your expertise and dedication will help us continue to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people in our community, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to thrive.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
To thrive in this role, you will have, at a minimum, a Diploma in Community Services or above. You will also have a strong understanding of Child and Family Services, the Child Protection system and court orders.
You will be a highly compassionate and empathetic individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and engage with a wider range of stakeholders, especially young people.
Moreover, you will possess a current driver’s license, a Working with Children’s Check, and complete a national police check.
